Christopher Quinn is the founder and Managing Partner of the Commonwealth Real Estate Company. With nearly a decade of experience in Boston real estate, he has worked across brokerage, development, and investment—selling property throughout the region, leasing hundreds of units, managing over $40 million in ground-up projects, and acquiring multifamily properties as both a syndicator and solo owner.
Mr. Quinn brings an analytical approach and investor’s mindset to every transaction, and holds both a Real Estate Broker's license as well as an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in Massachusetts.
He is a graduate of the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and in International Studies from the College of Arts & Sciences.
